From the silo to the sealed pack, the patties are moved, wrapped, stacked and clipped by machine. There is no manual pick-and-place step anywhere in the line.

Automatic burger patty packaging line
Two high-speed flow wrappers and an AP-8BT clip pouch packer, laid out on the positions taken from the factory drawing. Five hundred patties per minute, with no hand contact with the product.

Hygiene by design
The strongest food-safety measure on a line like this is the one you can see in the layout: nobody handles the product.
Sealed early
Each patty is closed in film within a few metres of the rotary table, so the product is already protected before it reaches the pouch packer and the clipping station.
Operators stay off the product
The manual work on this line is loading film reels and clip wire and watching the HMI. Operators keep the line running; they never touch what goes in the bag.
How the line runs
Six stages, continuous from infeed to sealed pack.
- Infeed. Patties arrive from the silo through two roof pipes and drop onto two rotary tables. Centrifugal force moves them to the outside edge and aligns them into a single line.
- Flow wrapping. A conveyor carries them to two high-speed flow wrappers. Each machine wraps 250 patties per minute — 500 per minute from the line.
- To the packer. Inclined conveyors lift the wrapped patties to the top of the AP-8BT pouch clipping machine, over the two filling holes in the deck.
- Stacking. Inside the machine the patties are stacked, and each stack drops into a pre-made pouch printed in Al Kabeer packaging.
- Clip and seal. The pouch is filled, vented and sealed, then the top is gathered and closed with a metal clip.
- Discharge. Finished packs leave the machine on the outfeed conveyor at 750 mm.
